Weird thing about Gannon is Eagles fans hated him until like two months ago. Doesnt mean much, but Bengals fans love Lou more than Eagles fans loved Gannon.

Here's what I don't like about Lou:

He's been around the league for a long time...as a position coach. You'd think that if he was dynamic, he would have had multiple shots as a DC in the past.

Daboll was an OC numerous times before getting a HC look. Anarumo is also almost a decade older than Daboll.

Anarumo = Vince Tobin.

Looks like 5. 1 year in Miami and 4 in Cincinnati...so 5ish years in 10 NFL years. He hasn't been in NFL for 2 decades.
