For anyone who doesn’t follow Chuck, you should, he’s always dropping dimes on his FB page he admins. Arizona Cardinals Fan!!! For any that wants to know. Even talked about bringing Golden a couple weeks ago.

He hasn’t said a name but I’m thinking we are in talks for Gilmore.

If it is him, what would you give up? A third maybe?

A 3rd for Gilmore would be a steal. We would be Superbowl contenders. Hopefully we could extend him a couple of years since his contract only runs through next year.

Mike Davis hasnt hit 100 yards since McCaffrey has been out and is no where near the receiver McCaffrey is.

Dude, CMC hasn't rushed for 100 yards since week 9 of 2019. Mike Davis has more yards per attempt rushing through the 5 games he has started than the last 5 games CMC started.

Davis have more receiving TD's and a higher catch % while McCaffrey has more overall TD's and higher yards per reception. But overall the difference hasn't been huge considering CMC is being paid $16m and Mike Davis is getting paid $3m.

Have you ever even watched a Christian McCaffery game? The Panthers are 3-4 when people expected them to win 3 games if they were lucky and McCaffery is their franchise player. They aren't moving him. This isn't Madden folks.

Mike Davis has more yards per attempt through 5 games that CMC had through his previous 5. Yes CMC has more TD's but then this is a very different scheme with some RZ issues that CMC played most of his games in.

Is CMC an awesome football player who is great to watch? Sure he is. He's also been ridden to within an inch of his life the past 2 seasons and Mike Davis is getting 90% of the production for $13m less.

The fact people think that the Panthers would consider trading him having just given him a fat deal shows why teams would be silly to take on that deal.
