Injuries. Not our fault....or is it? Poor conditioning? Started when John Lott was released. Carelessness? How come we have more injuries than all 32 teams? Is it the Cardinals luck?

What's up with Bowles D lately? Swapping out players last minute, causing penalties and D not being set. Are we a pro team?

Poor tackling. A lot of swatting the ball and not wrapping up! Has been going on for many games. How many big plays has this D allowed in the last 4-5 games? And they blame our horrible Offense. I'm not buying it. Offense has an excuse, Defense doesn't!
I for one am not impressed with Todd Bowles defense over the last 4 games. Good luck with that head coaching job Todd.

I'd love to say it's been a great season but after 40 years, today I have that same old feeling in my gut!

Same crappy tackling, same crappy lay down, same old same old.

This is the quintessential Cardinal season, full of hope then it just imploded later than usual and as usual there is always an excuse.

This time it was the injuries as if that doesn't happen to every team.

They chose to go to war with Carson Palmer as their QB and he went down like a sack of potatoes untouched.

It's on them, it's always on them.

The one thing we have yet to do is secure a young QBOTF, for nearly 40 years the best QB we've drafted has been Jake Plummer.

Think about that and let that sink in.

This team fell apart. Injuries or not. I feel exactly the way you do. Stomach hurts and watching the last 3 games like this sure makes it hard to put everythring I have into the cards. Cause I can't say all the guys on the team did.

How the 2014 cardinals will be remembered by the NFL and fans of other teams.

1) Total Fluke 11 wins
2) Massive blowouts on primetime
3) Terrible defense
4) Worst team (offensive yards) to ever play in the playoffs.

WTF was the point of that last play? Was it to ensure that the nationally televised performance was at max humiliation?

No one is going to remember the injuries and no one is going to remember Lindley (or Butler).

Sadly this team attached our name to a record that may not be broken in our lifetimes (unless it's by us).

Wikipedia has already been updated, lol.

Look on the bright side, the lack of respect for what the Cardinals accomplished this season will allow them to sneak up on teams next season.

I feel the defense really wore down near the end. Players like Foote and Buchannon really struggled near the end of the season. The offense got progressively worse and that forced the defense to play a ton. Not an excuse, but I think it is likely they improve with better offense. I do think we will miss Cro a ton if he is not re-signed.

Look on the bright side, the lack of respect for what the Cardinals accomplished this season will allow them to sneak up on teams next season.

Add the lack of respect for the last season to the lack of respect for the last umpteen decades and we should be able to sneak up on everyone.

More and more film got accumulated on the defense and more and more coaches figured out how to dismantle it.

It may take a few months to get that last play out of my mind. Being embarrassed by another team is one thing. Consciously embarrassing yourself on a national broadcast, is another.
