Darn tootin!

What a swan song game by Vonnie Holliday. If he retires, he can go out with a win that he helped earn with his play that day.

Vonnie had a good game today and made some key plays. Considering we were hearing that he was reluctant to come to AZ this makes it even nicer.

last time the Cards finished 8-8, they were in the Super Bowl the following year. :thewave:

Vonnie had a cool interview after the game. He basically said that he was very thankful for having played with this group of guys and that he felt 25 years old out there today.

He would be a solid guy to resign. Limited, but can contribute in spots.

Hope Vonnie returns. Great depth on the line.

+1.

I think he will retire, but he would be great for the role available next year. The Cardinals really don't need a 6th downlineman, but Holliday would be a good fit for the spot.

Hope they bring him and Eason back

Eason is under contract for next season, and will be back. He played (Eason) very well for us this year. Along with David Carter.

Our d-line is in really good shape IF we re-sign Campbell.

You never know with a guy that age I guess.

But, on the post game interview yesterday he never even hinted at retirement. In fact, a couple of times he said he was looking forward to playing next season and hoped it would be here.

Holiday and Eason? bless them but, Me I would have liked to see what Horton could have done with Watson and Branch? I hope Whiz stays the hell out of Horton's way and quits the turnover prone high risk offense. I'm sure Horton wouldn't mind more 2 minute drives!
