backup QB that trains pretty much to do that exact play!

still a very questionable playcall in that situation. Relying on picking up a blitz, a perfect throw by an off the bench qb, an even better catch by a TE that's out of nowhere. Very lucky. The playcall and personnel didn't fool anyone, it was just lucky that a couple of guys made amazing plays.

Whiz has called that play atleast three times this year and it's been successful three times. I don't think that is luck.
