I cannot believe Heap is still out. As a former Mesa Mountain View guy that looked up to Heap as a teenager, the dude has a monumental failure here because of injuries.

He's a healthy scratch, though. I think it's a personal thing between him and the coach(es).

Agree, but the beginning of the Saints game was close. And still haven't seen a worse throw all season than the one that got Skelton benched, but Lindley is putting up a good fight in that category!

But why? Even if you argue that Skelton is better (and based on today I'd probably agree), why would it matter? Skelton hasn't been able to move the ball and we know exactly what we have in him. Lindley is doing what Whiz wants him to do, he's proving exactly what we have in him. We do not have a guy capable of being a backup in the NFL.
