Cards Cheerleader To Participate in Miss USA


Every girl’s dream has come true for Cardinals cheerleader Danielle Demski.

Demski won the Miss Arizona USA pageant on December 13, prevailing in each phase of the competition—swimsuit, interview, and evening gown. She will represent Arizona at the Miss USA pageant in Los Angeles, California on Monday, April 12, and potentially the Miss Universe pageant.

“It’s the best of the best so there are going to be some really beautiful, intelligent, well-rounded girls competing,” says the Chandler native. “People are just going to have to vote for the best girl.”
Competing in only her second pageant, Demski hoped to capitalize on her 1999 Miss Teen Arizona crown and top-five finish at the national Miss Teen USA pageant.

“Being Miss Teen Arizona was such a great experience for me,” adds Demski. “The opportunities I experienced and all the people I met were great. I knew I wanted to come back and try for Miss Arizona at a different point in my life. I felt now was the right time.”

Being a Cardinals cheerleader for the past four years has helped Demski move towards pageant success.

“Cheering in front of large groups of people, traveling overseas for show team performances as part of the USO Tour, and staying active in the Arizona community has been a terrific experience for me,” adds the fourth-year cheerleader.

A May, 2003 graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in broadcast journalism, Demski stays active outside pageantry and cheerleading.

Working as a model for the Ford Robert Black agency, co-hosting an “NFL Picks” show on ESPN Radio, and writing, directing, and hosting an educational video on learning disabilities and dyslexia has kept Demski occupied since graduation.

Winning the Miss USA pageant would allow her to broaden her horizons beyond Arizona.

“I would travel across the country for different events and appearances and get a chance to compete for Miss Universe as well as being able to take part in things that I want to represent and be a part of,” says the 22-year-old.

As Miss Arizona USA, Demski will make numerous personal appearances around the state as well as speaking engagements and hosting special events. Demski already traveled to Iraq during Super Bowl weekend to entertain the troops and participate in a USO Super Bowl party.

Great body? I don't want to denigrate anyone's opinion (you're more than entitled to it) or be crude, but aside from the nice breasts, she suffers from the Callista Flockhart syndrome...arms as big around as a toothpick, waist as big around as a pen, and a body structure similar to a skeleton. I hope the girl is just naturally this way---if so, okay. If not, it's say a girl feels she needs to look malnourished to look good.

Lol I guess I've made my opinion on the matter abundantly clear.

Um, no. It means I like women that weigh more than 5-50 pounds. I mean, in a day and age where women get put down for being over 110 pounds, tastes have gone to an extreme...case in point, the disgusting Callista Flockhart. Now, I won't call the cheerleader disgusting, as she's not quite as bad, but she's not very attractive, IMO. I would break her in half just by looking at her.
