He just said in NFL Network the Cards "love and covet" Michael Floyd and if he is still there at 10 they may move up to get him.

Don't you just love the smell of smoke screen on draft eve.

To many holes to fill. Too few picks. Na gon happen.

One thing that I think is overlooked is that Whisenhunt and Graves are very active in draft day trades and have always traded up. I don't think going from 10 to 13 is going to cost a whole lot. Especially if Buffalo doesn't move up for Kalil I could see Stewart Bradley being possible trade bait.

JMHO I don't like him at 13 now we are moving up to get him WOW worst draft since Brown IMO. Thank God I have to work during most of the draft if not my TV would be done for.

Traded up in the 2nd's, not the 1st's.

Can't see anyone wanting Bradley at this point.

I hope I'm wrong but I think this will be a mistake. IMO Floyd doesn't have the footspeed or quickness, despite his 40 time to be a stud WR. We'll see...

I hope someone in the teens is dumb enough to move up in this draft. I pray it isn't us.

A 3rd and next year's first could make it from 13 to 10, I'm sure. But I'm not sure I'd do that.

and then we do not draft till the fourth? Floyd is not that good...then we do not draft in the first round next year...Floyd is not another Fitz and we already have a Fitz. As the French knights say in Monty Python's Holy Grail "We already have one, it is very nice" and as Andy Reid says about the Kolb trade "Now go away or I will to taunt you a second round draft pick"

I highly doubt that would be the cost to move 3 spots. It would probably only cost this year's #3 and maybe a 6th. It's not like they are moving to the top 5.

Whoever used Stewart Bradley as trade bait, I'm all for it. However any team may require the Cards to give their #1 pick for any team just to take Stewie. The guy has negative trade value.

I would take DeCastro and Reiff in that order at #13 before I'd take Floyd there, so obviously I think a trade-up would be assinine. If ever there was a draft to trade down NOT up this is it. The exception would be going up to get Mark Barron but he isn't the apparent target.

Maybe it's my perception of Jason L but when was the last time he got anything right?

News hits that Fitz in an interview said he would love for us to get Floyd.

Jason waits a day or two and throws out the Cards want to trade up.

This probably came from Buffalo. They have been blowing so much smoke that airplanes can't find the Buffalo airport through the haze. When they do, they are knee-deep in manure.

Interested in trading up for Kalil.
Interested in taking Tannenhill if he falls.
Interested in taking Mark Barron despite WR and Tackle needs.
Yadda, yadda, yadda.

Right....

Or move down, according to Jason, to draft Adams.

I'll file this entry under 15 seconds of my football life, I won't get back. ;)

Not a chance in heck we trade up. If we still had our 2nd rounder I might be able to buy it, but since we don't, not a chance. MAYBE for a future pick, but none this year that's for certain.
