I think he is the RB version of Sasquatch or The Loch Ness Monster. :D

OMG! If we could get a player on the field who could embody the strength and ferocity of Big Foot and the elusiveness of Nelly...we would be unstoppable. But alas, as you stated another feature is they cannot be found lol

Check this out...

$380K in 2011
$465K in 2012
$555K in 2013 (from another site)

That's pretty good for a guy who is undrafted. If he was smart with his money he can be fairly comfortable for awhile.

he probably netted around $850k after taxes, agents commissions, etc

he ought to have at least $500k in the bank

its way more than most would have in savings, but he isnt living lifestyles of the rich and famous.

No, but he has lasted long enough to qualify for the NFL Pension and the Player's annuity. That's not a lot of money but when added to what he can make when he gets a regular job not bad.

I wish all the players we acquired would have worked as hard as Smith, says a lot about him that he hung around so long and made the most of his ability because a lot of it was hard work and I really appreciate that not only in a player but a person

I was under the impression you needed 5 years? Is it only 4?

I would guess the Cards will address the RB position in the draft or after. I would be shocked if they signed anyone before that. Decent RB draft class and some potential for UDFA along with several vets RBs still on the market.

Personally, I would like either Terrence West or Jerick McKinnon in the 4th or 5th rounds though I am not sure they make it. Either would be a nice combination of size and power to go with Ellington.

Years ago now, Isiah Crowell was a beast freshman at UGA. I'd take a flyer on him if he's a UDFA, he's got some real ability. Very shifty and fast according to the tape, though he didn't test well.

He looked like a star but had some serious off field problems. Sounds like a premier UDFA to me.

How about this guy for a couple weeks? :)

Cubs onesie? That's borderline child abuse. Why would you set your kid up for such disappointment for the rest of his life?
