Who else is saying they gonna quit team?

It is just so infuriating to watch this team repeat the same ignorance over and over. 2nd and 1 4 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this half and we dont get a first down because Whiz throws on 2nd down.

48 penalty yards in the 1st half. Team discipline falls on the players themselves I guess because to some here Teflon Ken gets a pass no matter what.

Regardless of anything else, I hope what we're seeing today is a serious maturation of PP. He's playing outstanding thus far. If he can shut dudes down like this, it changes everything.

I htink that 26 yarder to Cruz was his fault though it looked like Marshall turned Cruz loose in the zone to Peterson but he didn't take him.

But yeah he's been real good today.

If Kolb had half the time to throw Manning does we'd be ahead easily.

This team is still suffering from Warner withdrawal, ESPECIALLY in the red zone. Kolb is significantly better than anything we had last year, but he's not ready to lead a team into the playoffs. His pocket presence is below average. I would love to see him step up in the pocket & find one of those WIDE OPEN receivers 20 yards down the field. I understand our OL sucks at times, but there were other times when they gave him ample time & he rolls right & throws the ball out of bounds. A couple of more games like this & I'll be calling for Skelton. At least he had good presence in the pocket.

Obviously no one that's on here has yet quit watching and deserves a fan medal for what we go through.

Still hope springs eternal one day we'll have a competent GM.

The thing we most feared was our poor D. So far this season our offense is the problem. The last two weeks for sure. We can't score.

Our points allowed has been respectable and our D set the offense up a couple of time today and we failed.

Just leave already sheesh

Why? Anyone who pretends to like our performance in this game, or this season thus far, is delusional. Frustration is justified, and thee most honest reaction to the coaching and play calling for this team, which is pathetic. Borders on incompetence really.

Any sort of attempted positive spin on this comedy, is insincere, IMO.

Has anyone seen Kevin kola do anything "special" in three and a half games? Hasn't shown a killer arm, athleticism, has made consistently por red zone decisions, seemingly either can't find open guys or there's no one but Fitzgerald who can get opens and has an alarming lackmof pocket presence. Is he just a "guy" at qb? Really haven't seen much to like of him since playing an atrocious Carolina d.

Not saying we're losing solely because of him, but after fournyears in the league, this guy doesn't look impressive in any area of thengame. And considering how awful we are at bringing new players to this team, makes me a wee bit nervous on this kid.

The biggest issue with Whiz IMHO is his ego. He refuses to make lineup adjustments. Levi needs to sit, Big Dan needs more snaps and has Deuce even played yet? Put the best players on the field and they will execute better. This is a good team with a good coach, he just out coaches himself at times.

It'd be nice to evaluate a QB behind a line that was at least average.

**** this team... whis needs to g go.
Why not start a catch-all thread for everyone who just posts Whiz needs to go. For cryin out loud, how about holding the players accountable? Kolb has played like absolute crap the first half. There was bad holding call on Levi that was a huge play in that half. Joey Porter need to be ebnched. That I will put on the staff becuase they keep putting him out there.

I agree. He is holding onto the ball way too long.

How about holding the knucklehead accountable who assembled this group of players?

How can you evaluate anyone when the whole sucks so bad?

I don't know if Kolb can ever play or not, I do know humans have fear and it will ruin anyone's day and fear is sometimes and I would say in this case, justified.

I thought the same thing, about it being PP's fault. He's not as good in zones, but when they let him play M2M with bump coverage he's all over the dudes outside shoulder and knocking him off stride. He's amazingly big and physical for a CB. A few of those in-completions were due to him smashing his man at the line of scrimmage and throwing off his timing with Manning. I've been really impressed so far--I thought he was doing well already, for a rook, but today is an indication of what he has to offer. I'm hopeful.
