#AZCardinals long snapper Mike Leach retiring. A better guy you will not find.

Wow, didn't see this coming. Now another position they have to look for.

As bad as Special Teams have been, it was never because of a bad snap. He'll be missed, hopefully we can find an adequate replacement.

One position you take for granted as a fan. Sure hope the cards can find another like him

Wow... I saw he was a FA and just assumed he'd come back for another year, even at his age.

Classy letter. Wishing him and his family the absolute best in wherever life takes him going forward.

Go Cards!!!

As good as they come!

Why do I have a sense that around 40% of this roster is going to be new next year. In some cases that's good but also bad from a 14-4 team.

General consensus is that the Cards could lose every Free Agent that was on the team this season, and still be a favorite in the West.

In this world where an open letter from an athlete is to apologize for the latest drunk driving/assault/drug bust, this letter is a breath of fresh air.

Class act and about the only non-dysfunctional part of Special Teams this season.

Good on ya Mike and good luck in your future endeavors.

You will be missed.

But I'm not so sure that's reality. But that's why wins & losses come on the field.
