Why do I have the feeling this somehow involves Beanie's ability to play?
I was thinking they did it just to piss Beanie off.
I have confidence in Beanie's ability to get hurt whether Tim is on the roster or not.

This is ridiculous and actually pisses me off. Whiz needs to give William Powell a shot. I was really impressed with him in the pre-season and in the regular season, when he's had the chance. I don't want him buried behind two or three other running backs, which is exactly what I think Whiz will do.

Has nothing to do with Beanie. We can carry 4 active backs, we normally do. Beanie, Timmy, LSH and Powell.

This, Timmy is very good at picking up the blitz and with the holes in the line, he would be useful...OH, THEY SHOULD HAVE SIGNED HIM AS SOON AS THEY LOST BEANIE EARLIER, THEY SHOULD HAVE SIGNED SOME KIND OF VET WHEN KOLB WENT DOWN, but let's do it now...after the season is shot

Just speaks to another failure by the organization to get adequate personnel on the roster. If Powell isn't any good, why is he on the roster?... course if they sign Hightower maybe he won't be.

WRONG. Against Buffalo he had 13 carries for 70 yards. In total this season, he has 25 carries for 105 yards, a 4.2 average, behind the worst OL in football. He's got a lot of talent. If you don't think so, you haven't been paying attention.

He wasn't healthy enough...remember Washington wanted to sign him at that time, too, and he wasn't able to make a go of it, yet.

hell no. LSH > Hightower just because he doesn't fumble.
We just need Tim to block. He is better than most of the OL when it comes to blocking.
