I'm sorry, I just do not buy the whole "This game gives GB a HUGE pyschological edge for next week" like Howie Long and the color commentater are trying to say...

There should be as much stock placed on this game as the 4th preseason game

But unfortunantly that is ALL WE ARE GOING TO HEAR this week from the experts, which sucks...

The Cardinals players will be able to brush this off as "their starters beat our backups." If we had left our starters in for the whole game and it was an ass whuppin like this then there might have been an edge for them. Also, the psychological edge didn't help the Patriots much against the Giants.

We always seem to bounce back well after horrible losses. I expect us to do the same next week.

This time though.... We get to play the same team. That does scare me a bit from the perspective of confidence. Especially since they blew us up in the preseason as well.

But.... I expect to win. And to get bashed all week leading up to the game.

Actually, if I was a Packer fan, I would be thinking "This is too easy..."

You can't help but laugh at this fiasco. Where is Tyler Packo when you need him.

BSP is in there now???

Yeah. Got his first NFL completion and followed it right up with a pick.

Our oline and wide receivers have big issues hidden by Warner's ability to get the ball out quickly and throw it where our no separation Wrs' can catch it.

We're right back to 5-11 once Warner retires.

I think we should make Leinart and Pierre inactive for next week and use Rolle as our backup QB

Fitz made a record 13 TD!!

Now he needs just 3 more passes to make 100 receptions!

I kniew there was a reason Fitz was in there ;)

Well at least it appears that the Steelers will not make the playoffs. Ravens are leading and Houston won Denver isn't looking so good, Chris Johnson has 2K rushing

Before he went out I was very discouraged to see Boldin BLANKETED by a LB. That is just sad when a WR is running a crossing pattern and can't get any separation against 1 on 1 coverage from a LB.

lol.. Q is playing at a PB level and has been dominating games for the last 6 weeks. Just went over 1000 yards for the 5th time which is a Cardinal record. Yet you are concerned about one play where a LB was close to him?

WOW!

No wonder you think Leinart is good.

So it's a good thing that Boldin can't get open over the middle on that play?

But yes, I am not thrilled by the overall lack of speed that the receiving corps has illustrated especially considering the relative struggles the o-line has had against good teams.

I think it's going to be a big problem if the Cardinals are relegated to just dumping off quick passes against good teams.

Ive seen Fitz blanketed by a LBer before? Should we crap can him? Your just being silly quite frankly. There is a reason why almost ALL NFL experts and people that get payed to do this call us the BEST WR corps in the NFL.

Crap can him? WTF are you blathering about? Pull your panties out and quit reading things that aren't there.

No one is disputing the overall talent of the WR corps but you are clueless if you think that they are a fast bunch. It is a critical element of the offense for them to be quick on intermediate routes and over the middle because the o-line isn't generally capable of protecting long enough to actually stretch the field.

If they aren't capable of creating some kind of separation in these areas, like Bolding didn't on that play, the offense is gong to come to a screeching halt like it has against SF, Indy, etc. Green Bay has a really good secondary so the passing game is going to have to take advantage of matchups in other areas and if Boldin can be shut down by a LB in man coverage Arizona's season will likely be over.
