It's in the game thread, but felt it deserves a more prominent place

As mentioned i the other thread why not cancel the game? Not worth the risk with a hurricane on the way IMO
from your lips to God's ear.....or at least Saint's ownership (same thing?)

Funny thing: i believe the Cards are in the air right now.

Wonder what the reaction on the plane was like as the plane turns around.

Too bad they didn't do it earlier but I'm glad they did.

I have a friend who just left New Orleans with a kid, 2 dogs etc. her son is still there, 30 years old I just texted him he hasn't left yet by the time they got the you should probably evacuate warning his mom had already decided to leave.

Makes good sense to cancel. Why endanger the lives of anyone. Could be a category 4 storm with winds up to 140 miles per hour. Better for all to stay safe.

It's kind of strange they didn't cancel it earlier because of the hurricane.

I would look at the storm map and tell my family the Cardinals are playing there.

I think the evacuation call came after they moved it, but yeah I don’t understand how playing Wes ever an option when you need people to leave the city.

The plane actually turned around mid-flight? I didn't think you could do that. Aren't there a whole bunch of protocols about who can be along which routes when, and the timing of arrivals, and all of that?

For a private flight?
