One thing is for sure. We'll be looking at one of two scenarios:
1) The new unis will be subtlely different. Most on the board will complain that the changes aren't "revolutionary" as promised. The local radio personalties (Bickley, Jurecki, Gambodoro) will bash the "same old Cardinals" for missing an opporuntiy. Comparisons will be made to the "much ado about nothing" scenario of the changed logo.
2) The new uniforms will be dramatically different. Most on the board will complain that the changes are too dramatic. Many will call the uniforms "ugly". The local radio personalties (Bickley, Jurecki, Gambodoro) will bash the "same old Cardinals" for missing an opporuntiy. Comparisons will be made to the Bengals new uniforms that were debuted a couple of years back.
I promise you, you could have a company design 100 different Cards jerseys. No matter which one you picked, folks will hate and the ultra-negative-Cards-bashing media will take an opporunity to bash the Cards.
But I hope I'm wrong.
