Good long snappers are hard to come by. This is why you see teams hang onto ones for years and years. I liken them to a good middle relief pitcher. Rarely do they pop up in the box score in a significant way but if they screw up you'll know who they are.

If that's how it plays out, I wouldn't leave Stanton out there for more than a few series - we know what happens when you start #3 in the postseason. Let him get some reps, so that he's ready if needed, then trot Barkley out there to mop up. He'd probably be facing Tarvaris Jackson, so it would be about an even matchup anyways.

For all the talk that GB isn't what they used to be, they still have won 10 games and more importantly, the thing that could really hurt us... The best QB in football who we can't bring pressure on. Throw in the fact that we're missing our second best defensive player who would have made it easier to defend the passing game and no doubt this'll be a challenge.
