why would the Cardinals just give him $1mm more in salary?

My first thought here is that the texans are getting a history bump in their numbers. that division is not good. Jacksonville should win it in a rout at this point but we all need to really cross our fingers that they go 1-5 in that division. Because they have some other winnable games next year against the NFC South.
I only see 6 losses that are probably locks. And I'm thinking 5 wins for sure but it could be 6 or 7 if they perform well.
