Monday the Suns play the second of back-to-back games this time against the Cavaliers.

Cavaliers 10-14 have lost their last three games but to good teams, the Clippers once and the Bucks twice.

Suns 13-9 have won their last two games and five of their last six games.

Television coverage will be on FSAZ.

Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m. Arizona time.

Cleveland is fair!y big also with Drummond, JaVale McGee, and Jarret Allen. I guess the Suns are used to playing big teams right now so that might be a good thing. Their guards are small though with Sexton and Garland sharing the backcourt duties.

I wonder how Garland has played. We chattered about him a bit on this board before that draft.

I havent seen much of him but I've heard a good bit of talk about them being a better pairing than anyone thought they could be.

He's averaging 16 and 5 now while shooting 40% from 3. He and Sexton cover for each others weaknesses. Both are shoot first PG's but playing both together gives them a whole PG, in a way.

Sounds like they could be similar to Dragic and Bledsoe but the Cavs are televised about as much as the Suns were the last few years.

I wonder if they round into a Lillard/McCollough duo. Sexton has really stepped up his game this year too.

The Cavs are a tough out. May not have all the talent but they play hard night in and night out.

my his ain’t a gimme and the suns can’t treat it like one

If Love could play like the money he makes Cleveland would be a contender. LeBron's gift to Cleveland, Sexton should make the all star game.

Slightly off topic but the Kings have won seven of their last ten games.

Their record has improved to 12-11 and they are tied with the Warriors for 8th place in the Western Conference.

I’d sit Paul. If we lose, we lose. But if we lose Paul for a number of games, we are screwed especially with all of our injuries.

Agreed.

We expected them to do some load management with him anyway -- it's a minor miracle we haven't done it already. Not having Payne hurts, but Moore hasn't been terrible in the role, surprisingly enough.

And we still have Carter.

I was literally just thinking that Paul has been remarkably healthy so far this season during yesterday’s game.

that’s what I get for thinking!

If the Suns keep losing players they could be like that Monty Python movie scene where the Black Knight says "I'll bite your legs off!" after losing four limbs.

Knowing this book has draw fouls early and often. And he can’t let okoro get into his head where he starts doing dumb stuff like blatant offensive fouls or frustration fouls.
