To be fair, Rob Housler's ceiling is/was pretty high. It's just that his floor is also pretty low, and he hasn't really risen to his talent level at a consistent level, and he's running out of time.

What happened with Teddy Bridgewater? I thought he was the consensus top QB? Did people just get bored with him?

He was.

Just to play  advocate; between Bridgewater and Manziel, who played the better competition? I think on a weekly basis there still was some inconsistency in his game. Arm strength is also still in question somewhat.

There are 7 or 8 players on that list that I'd be very happy with, so I guess I'd lean towards trading down.

One or two who are available should separate themselves from the others. That's the normal case usually anyway. Someone could also slip down that we obviously would be unwise to pass on, if they've done their homework.

Who is questioning Bridgewaters arm strength? The kid can make all the throws ande he is tough as nails.Ask Florida and Miami how is arm is.The4 only thing I have se4en people question is TBs frame .The combine will te4ll his size.He has been liste anywhere from 6`1 to 6`3 ande 195 lbs to 220 lbs.

I don't think anything has happened to him and he's still the #1 QB. It's just the mock draft people/sites need something to talk about.

He's nowhere close to even 210 and no taller than 6'1".

His own team mate for one, said there were certain plays called that he would just automatically check down on. Sour grapes,

Scouts compare him more with R. Wilson and R. Tannehill.

That's a big difference in height no way he shorter than 6'1 he's not a small guy at all what he is is skinny.

I watched him shred that supposed great Florida defense in 2013. That's just BS that whole check down talk.

Hageman or Gilbert. Gilbert would move into the 2nd cornerback position sometime during season one. Hageman would gradually increase playing time. Both would help in year one and really improve in year two.

Every opposing QB lit up Miami and Florida the last 2 years.

What about Ealy taking over for Abraham on the weak side?

I don't even see Louisville on their schedule. Bridgewater took a step back, imo.

They were pretty bad.

It really depends on free agency and is too early to call.

I could make solid arguements for
Eric Ebron
Jace Amaro
Cyrus Kouandjio
Aaron Donald
Ra'Sheade Hageman
Dee Ford
Justin Gilbert
Darqueze Dennard
Calvin Pryor

which leads me to think the best option might be looking at trading down.

Our most glaring needs are TE, OT, CB, and S, but hopefully we fill most of those in FA so we can be more flexible come draft day.
