Chad Tracy speculation

On ESPN they reported that the Mets are in search for a stop gap at first base while Carlos Delgado was out. They speculated that Chad Tracy might fill that need as he has a managable contract and can play 3rd base.

In typical Omar Minaya fashion, he's pretty much gutted the Met farm system.

That being said, there's a few prospects there, such as Jefrey Marte, who look intriguing.
