It'll be interesting to see for both him and AP if either of them have furrther knee issues.
It's been pointed out quite a bit recently that lots of athletes who tear one ACL end up tearing the other one in the next few years. Happened to Ray Smith at Arizona, just happened to #1 recruit in basketball Harry Giles and a few others. I've been reading apparently the rehabs for getting guys back are too focused on strengthening the repaired knee and ignore the other leg. Guys get back and they have either altered their running stride, or gotten the bad knee so strong it's now the stronger knee and they end up injuring the other one.
Seems less common in football maybe they have different or better rehabs for football guys right now.
I know a guy who worked with the US U19 basketball team and he openly predicted after the games that it was only a matter of time before Giles got injured again he could tell from the rehab the kid was doing they were ignoring the "balance" of the 2 legs.
Gurley is special, for his size his acceleration is unreal.
