Changing CHMOD with Godaddy?

Hey,

I have tried Dreamweaver and WS_FT to change the CHMOD on a file and I cannot seem to do it! Could it be that Godaddy will not let me do it?

I think that I got this one working. I think that I have to change operating systems with godaddy to do it. I am doing it now and will post back (if anyone wanted to know)...

I don't believe you can CHMOD any files or directories because they don't give you root access
