Channing doesn't bother me, but Robin Lopez does.

So I've watched 4 games now... I've never seen a 7ft'er miss so many easy lay ups at the basket like Robin does.

I don't know why he has been allergic about taking it to the rim this year. Dunk the ball, big man!

... How much of Robin's success was due to playing alongside someone like Amare? I still don't know the answer but every day that question seems to gain relevance.

I'd like to see more time with a bigger lineup. Play Hedo, Warrick and Lopez together ...
In answer to your post, you're absolutely right. I've posted before that Robin would be less able to handle being the only "big" on the court than Amar'e was.

We're still a man short. Warrick has Power Forward skills at only 219 lbs. Even if he were to play 35 minutes a game at PF, that's 13 minutes without either Lopez or Frye having a second "big" on the court.

With Frye at Center, Warrick is then the only "big" on the court and here we go again. At 6'9" 219, he's shorter and lighter than Turkoglu, for goodness sake.

How in the world can a team with one power player compete in a game designed to have two, with most of the opponents having two for 48 minutes?

It's a kiss of death for Lopez and Warrick. It's not for Frye and Turkoglu, who play the power positions 23 feet from the basket. Until they have to defend "bigs".

I think you can get by in today's game with one true power player on the court but unfortunately, we don't really have even one. I hope Gentry is trying everything he can to get Lawal or Siler NBA ready. I know they are both long shots but hitting the lottery with either of those guys would really help this team.
