Well and an actual passing scheme by the OC.. we will never be winners repeating the same scheme we had this year… btw also just we had the 3rd lowest viewership in the NFL.. we are just BORING to watch. NFL isn’t going to make a winner out of that - doesnt fit the model!

Our passing scheme is awesome.

It is total normal to run draw plays on 2nd and 19 and have a 1k yard TE with almost zero TDs.

Cleveland has the Winston effect.. that dude is gonna chuck it down field regardless of scheme. Sean Payton was the only guy that could reel him in.

The Cleveland system two years ago had Flacco.

We need another YAC WR like DHop (or if we’re dreaming like Boldin or Fitz).

Also I'm not saying our WR room is a million miles away from being good enough to win a championship. I don't think the 2024 version of this group was good enough though...

K1 was 6th in accuracy - which is a great stat for QB success. Even beat Jayden Daniels on that one.

JD has the clutch gene though.

Flacco - airs it out.. he is known for throwing down field consistently bc of his huge arm. This point is invalid.

I agree 1000%! As offense, especially towards the end of the year, we did not look dangerous at all. It was hard to watch.

Scheme is part of it. I honestly believe MHJ will be a better NFL route runner in his 2nd year and we might upgrade the WR room some. I honestly think we'll push the ball down the field at least a little more in 2025.

YAC is another part of it. McBride is good after the catch but he's not going make many house calls. Dortch is our best YAC guy but doesn't get many opportunities. We need another YAC WR like DHop (or if were dreaming like Boldin or Fitz).

Ya def need a YAC guy.. big time. Dortch being the biggest YAC type guy is pathetic. He’s a #5 WR/ST on any relevant team.

I have to say the only of those 3 is out as a YAC guy is Boldin, w his Derrick Henry physique. We need a Jamison Williams type #2 WR. The best combos in the nfl have the contested catch guy (Higgins, Jefferson, St Brown, AJ)and speed twitch guy (Chase - he’s really all of the above, Addison and Williams, DSmith). We could expand this list obviously but that’s just a sample.

Absolutely! We started 4-1 that year too lose Kolb early in game 6 to an injury and then lose 8 straight with these jokers!

Can anyone remind me why the deadbeat dad started week one and Kolb came in at halftime and being is from behind for the win? The worst part is the deadbeat dad got the win attached to his name, hence why wins and loses are a meaningless QB stat.
