The offseason rolls on for the Kansas City Chiefs as a tradition was continued last week with starting quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The three-time Super Bowl MVP released footage of him holding his annual throwing session with several receivers in Texas.
Mahomes, via his Instagram and another Instagram showcased by Preston Smith, was joined by fellow Chiefs quarterbacks Chris Oladokun, Bailey Zappe, and newly signed backup Gardner Minshew. They tossed passes to tight ends Jared Wiley and Noah Gray and wide receivers Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown, Skyy Moore, Nikko Remigio, and Justyn Ross.
The chemistry-building sessions to remain sharp between quarterbacks and receivers weren't the only activity Mahomes took part in back in Texas. He appeared alongside his wife, Brittany, courtside for the much-anticipated return to Dallas of Los Angeles Lakers guard Luka Doncic. Mahomes congratulated his friend after his 45-point performance against the Mavericks in his first game back in Dallas after the shocking midseason trade.
It has been a busy week in Texas for the multiple-time Super Bowl champion, who remains focused on returning for another shot at the Lombardi trophy.
