Freddy Garcia outpitched David Price and Alex Rios hit a two-run homer to help the Chicago White Sox beat the Tampa Bay Rays 4-2 on Friday night. Garcia (4-3) won for the fourth time in his last five starts, giving up two runs and four hits in seven innings. The right-hander is 8-2 in his career against Tampa Bay.
