Well that is ridiculous.

He is a good scorer. He will still average 25 ppg on any team he is the primary option. That certainly makes him top 100.

I get Suns fans are angry at him because he has not produced like we hoped, but our expectations were not reasonable. There is no team in history that had 3 guys averaging 25 a night. There just aren't enough possessions in a game for that to happen.

In retrospect the trade was just a bad idea. We knew he was not a good defender or rebounder, or a great spot up shooter. Paying 50 million a year for him to effectively be a role player just makes no sense - because his one elite skill is being able to ISO better than an average player, and we already had 2 guys better than him at that.

He hasn't averaged 25 in 4 years, he barely plays half the games. Here, on a mediocre team his impact is hardly noticeable, on a bad team he was averaging 22 while his team lost 3 out of 4 games. Factor his production with how much time he misses and he is not even close to a top 20 sg.

I think he is WELL outside of the top 100 right now.

Well, I very much disagree.

Here is the ringers #97- Cariss levert
#98- Dillon brooks
#99- Chris paul
#100 - Russell westbrook

They have Beal ranked #82

You can’t seriously tell me you think any of 97-100 are better than Beal. They just aren’t.

I don’t know how you definitively rank Beal any higher than Westbrook. Beal’s slightly better in ppg, while worse in assists, rebounds and reliability.

And anyone even in the conversation with CP3 and Dillan Brooks is a guy at this point. Nothing more, nothing less. And certainly not a 25 ppg player.

I didn’t put him in that conversation - you did.

Again you can’t seem to grasp situation makes all the difference. Westbrook looked like he belonged in china instead of the nba when he was on the lakers, but now when he is allowed to run wild in Denver he looks decent again.

Put Beal back on a team where he is the number one option instead of some guy that has to hang out in the corner all game and he will look much better too. Judging a player on efficiency is much better than total stats as long as they are capable of being aggressive and he is.

you'd think all the trade talk and losing the starter spot would inspire beal to score more but he's still deferring to players not named kd or book

thing is he hasn't stepped his game up even tho bud has limited the "big 3's" minutes together - beal has been sharing the court with either of or book - and we still haven't seen the aggressiveness needed to justify $30 million much less $50

I'd absolutely put Paul and Brooks above him, their splits blow him out of the water and they play in far more games.

I just looked up that list and they have a ton of players that are unquestionably better listed behind him, Turner, Reaves, Dort, Lively, Hunter, Matherin, McDaniels, all listed lower than him. I think the national press is just a bit behind the times with how badly he has fallen off.

When you factor in how often he is hurt, his brings very little to the table.

People are hoping we can attach 3 first to him and send him to Miami but his play and contract is so bad that the Heat have zero interest, they'd rather let Butler serve a season long suspension... and they'd be right.

Are you okay? I didn’t bring the ringers top 100 list. YOU DID which showed him nowhere near top 50, ranking him at 82 amongst a list of dudes below him that weren’t all that much worse.

Again, YOU brought up that Ringers list. You LITERALLY put him in the conversation with guys not close to the top 50. Weird.

Again you can’t seem to grasp situation makes all the difference.

Lol… the guy who’s saying Beal could score 25 ppg is telling others they can’t grasp the situation. Okay.

Westbrook looked like he belonged in china instead of the nba when he was on the lakers, but now when he is allowed to run wild in Denver he looks decent again.

Westbrook also looked decent with the Clippers. He looked bad at one stop and otherwise has looked like himself everywhere else.

Put Beal back on a team where he is the number one option instead of some guy that has to hang out in the corner all game and he will look much better too. Judging a player on efficiency is much better than total stats as long as they are capable of being aggressive and he is.

Again, he wasn’t even averaging 25 with NO ONE on the team with him 3 years ago AND he pathologically can’t stay healthy. I mean, there is literally nothing that backs up that he could be a 25 ppg player anymore and no one in the NBA in their right mind would believe so otherwise he wouldn’t be almost impossible to trade, even with the NTC.

Trade Durant to Houston, get a chunk of our picks back (this year's especially), unless someone blows you away, keep Booker, trade Allen, O'Neale, whoever else you can move.

Whatever solid players are left, sit them down with made up injuries. Yank the rug out from under this team.

Tank, tank hard.

I know we won't do it though... that stupid 2031 draft pick trade shows how locked in they are to this insanity. That trade was so dumb... taking one really good asset and splitting into 3 horrible ones... bravo.

Least we get to see our 18M center is healthy now and on the bench.

Sometimes its a 50M asset who gets to ride the bench. Thankfully they're healthy, oh wait we are still losing.
