He's been on record for years that he's just making movies for weed money now because his fans will buy anything of him. No one would even pick up his most recent movies. He said when he made Red State--a good movie--that he was artistically spent and it was his last movie. Then he needed weed money lol

Jay and silent bob 2 was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.. thought it would crap the bed on all facets. But it took me back to the good ole days... Late 90s. Lol.

So I guess there's always hope for this one...

Personally, clerk's 2 was quite fantastic. That movie and Jay and silent bob strikes back were both hilarious. I might put those above dogma and mallrats as my fav smith movies.

I enjoyed clerk's one for it's dialogue but, I thought two was funnier.
