I want to visit Monument Valley and go Salt River tubing.

Done it and done it..

Monument Valley is cool, but not something spectacular.. Tubing on the Salt River is pretty wack nowadays.. They have law enforcement up the wazzu now.. No ***** flashes and no floating in other peoples urine.. Who in the hell wants to go without that? Its like a family atmosphere now.. Booooooooooooo

Like I told him.. Its not near as fun as it used to be.. But if youve never been there before when it was, you might have fun..

I'm pretty sure I'll still have lots of fun!

I've been hiking Camelback on the weekends for the past month. Today was my fourth time up. We go up the echo canyon trail and back down the same way. The view is gorgeous and well worth the climb; it's also breezy and considerably cooler up top. You pretty much have to get their by 5 AM to beat the heat and the crowds. Last week I took my heart rate monitor and it said I burned over 1200 calories going up and down. There are some older men and women that hike it who would embarrass me if I was to race them.
