He had Romo for what, 4 games all season? I think he gets a pass with the cast of clowns he had taking snaps this season.

I think Pagano's contract ran out, right? So, he's not technically being fired...just not re-signed.

Couldn't agree more, but the Spanos family doesn't like paying unemployed coaches and McCoy also appears to be their kind of guy (he's not outspoken). Still, if they get the green light to move to LA I could see them letting him go and making a splash by hiring a new coach.

Jerry still owes Garret $25MM. Plus, Garret lets JJ play GM, which is why he owns the team.

Coupled with Romo injury excuse, there won't be any major fan backlash to force a change.
