When your cow breaks its leg, you don't operate on the entire cow; you fix the leg.How dare the new coach bring in his own people.....when we have one hell of a staff that got us 5 wins last year.

Horton didn't destroy his resume with horrible results as DC just a season ago

Oh my goodness. Our new HC wants his own staff, heartless jerk. MB caving to this craziness is even worse.
Maybe MB can find a way to void the final year of their contracts so he doesn't have to pay them.
From several posters "If MB doesn't fire Whiz I'm done with season tickets or rooting for the team or buying jersey's or......."
MB fires Whis and now the natural course of events unfolds and now "MB is a heartless idiotic jerk who doesn't care about his employee's".
I was sorry that we weren't able to keep Horton around but based on how he has handled not becoming the HC I think it's for the best.
The good news is Horton isn't the only DC in the entire NFL that can coach this group of players.
yup... I'm not one to really pimp the FO or Bidwills, but I was all for Wiz being fired and i knew that meant there was a very high probability that a new HC would want to bring in HIS staff and the FO would have been pretty stupid IMO not to hand the reins over to a new coach if they truly wanted it to be his team. that's just the way sports works.

It isn't Arians' responsibility to reward these guys because he is new to the team. If he already has a set of guys that he was already planning to bring with him and those are guys that he feels comfortable working with than I say he should fire everyone and go with his guys.Like I said when asked on another thread - I'm pissed.
The flip side of "accountability" is rewarding people when they do good. The entire defensive staff did better than good and got fired.
The Cardinals under Wiz got dragged down by an inept offense. So OK, replace the offense. Instead, Michael B thru Coach Arians decided (at least from a coaching standpoint - so far) to blow up the entire football team.
Makes no sense. Sets us back a year; maybe longer.
As a fan, I feel like I'm being taken back to an era where all we could hope and pray for was that we'd somehow pull off a miracle that would turn an "L" into a "W."
I hope and pray that Coach Arians can pull off a miracle, but I really hate to be in a position where we have to hope instead of "know."
