Seriously what is wrong with them.

They have 1M$ or so more capspace now. Great.

New York heavily protected future pick? Ok

Cash? Ok but didn't they want to save cash?

2005 second round pick? They find a way to always get rid off our second round picks.

Our worst pick in 2004? Meaning New Yorks pick no matter what?

Gugliotta, Iguodala, first round pick, 2nd round pick, cash for Clark and Handlogten.

THANK YOU and please sell the team if you don't want to spend.

I agree that they gave away too much, but you don't have to exaggerate to make your point. Iguodala is almost certainly not going to be on the draft board for New York's draft pick. Most of the draft web sites have him going in the top 10 now.

So?
Who says New York will definately make the playoffs?

If the Suns and Knicks won the lottery. The Jazz would get a #2 pick!!!

Colangelo should have traded our pick as well so we could enjoy this season even more with no draft picks.

Everytime the Suns traded picks away it was a horrible deal.

That new video file on suns.com is making me sick. Colangelo talking about the picks they got from New York and building a future just to trade 2 firsts, 1 second and even cash to Utah just to save some cash.

Spend or **** *** is the only thing I can say.

I don't think that could happen. The worst of the two picks would go to the Jazz, so if the Knick one becomes a top 3, we would give them our own pick, not that one.

If the Suns win the lottery and the Knicks as well we would have had 2 top 3 picks.

In that case Utah gets a top3 pick.

we might have been able to trade our two picks to move up though...not to mention the chance of getting rid of Eisely or White with the picks...it's just a terrible, terrible trade. Maybe the worst one in Suns history because it's all about the owner not the fans....

The odds of that happening are like 25,000,000,000 to 1.

If New York missed the playoffs they have a small chance to win the lottery it happened before!
The Suns are almost certain to have a top 5 pick.

Again, the odds are astronomical--you are deadset at trying to concentrate on the worst possible scenario.

We still owe SA a future 1st rd pick for Barbosa.....and now we're giving away 2 more 1st rd picks that we got from NY just to dump salary and save some cash?

This is stupid for the long-term goals of this team.

for

Clark, McDyess, Eisley Lampe and the right to Vujanic

I'm not proven wrong. Jerry and his partners are still paying for players they no longer have--it's all about pocketbooks.

Clark, Eisley, Lampe, White and Vujanic who needs to be signed and bought out of his contract.

No, it is just an easy excuse for them. They have contributed nearly ZERO money to the D'backs franchise.

Jerry isn't paying ANY money, he is a figure head of the franchise, he has maybe $500,000 invested in the team. Look it up!!!

I certainly don't agree that he has very little invested in the Diamondbacks (he is just as responsible for debts as his partners are), but they are definitely much more important to him than the Suns.
