The Duke love fest is going to be even more nauseating now that Zion is going there. GOAT recruiting class for sure but they'll allow a lot of buckets.

Next year's Duke squad is going to be as good if not better than this year's team with Reddish, Barrett, Jones & Williamson.

Trae Young is averaging 20.6 shots per game and making 44.2 percent of them. That’s fine. But in the past two games he’s averaging 30.0 shots and making just 36.7 percent of them. And that’s not enough makes on too many shots, writes @GaryParrishCBS.

Reddish, Barrett, and Williamson all play the same position. How’s this going to work out?
They all can play more than SF. Reddish can play SG, SF and even PF in college, Williamson can play either F spot and Barrett can play the 2 or 3.

To think DUKE can't make it work is crazy talk. You don't turn down the other 2 best high school basketball prospects because you got one that plays the same position they all can play, KENT does this all the time...come on.

Unless Carter comes back their defense will be even worse than this year and it's 78th in adjD right now. Of course coach K hasn't cared about defense in a decade or so.

Zion is an undersized 4 and both Reddish and Barrett are wings who can play the 2 or the 3.

I actually think both Barrett and Zion have quite a bit of potential to underwhelm in college. Zion's entire game offensively is dunks, maybe he's the next Barkley but it's pretty tough to dominate inside in college at that size, even as strong as he is. He also doesn't consistently play hard. Barrett is extremely good but he's a very mediocre shooter, and he's very loose with the ball. Exceptional scorer in HS but I won't be at all surprised if he's not as good in college as people expect.

I love Jones and I love Reddish, he seems to be one of those kids who works on his weaknesses, from not a very good shooter to a pretty good shooter, improved his handle, improved his defense etc. Zion and Barrett strike me as guys who work on their strengths not their weaknesses

UMass junior big man Rashaan Holloway is academically ineligible, source told ESPN. Team is 3-2 without him the last five games. Was averaging 9 points and 5 boards.

Maryland probably in full meltdown mode. Already lost de Sousa and Dotson to KU.

Yeah it's odd because obviously they are THE Under Armour school. I got it with Kris Wilkes, he didn't put MD in his top 8, but it made sense, from Indiana, dad was a huge Reggie Miller fan so Kris grew up idolizing him too, so UCLA made sense. With Brown outside of him being from NY and Lew Alcindor being from NY there's zero connection to UCLA so I'm assuming Under Armour played middle man and then from what he said, he was blown away on his visit really liked LA.

Personally I'd rather work a trade Brown for Dotson, UCLA needs him more, but I'm hoping we can pull Tyger Campbell out of a hat late so we have a real PG assuming Holiday goes pro and Jaylen Hands has shown so far that he's NOT a PG.
