USC has apparently officially declared DeAnthony Melton ineligible for the season. While investigating allegations from the FBI investigation they apparently found another violation involving him and chose to rule him ineligible.

There have been rumors for a couple of months that a member of his family took money from an agent, not the one in the FBI scandal, and that it had been reported to USC and the NCAA so I'm guessing that's what this is about.

Kansas coach Bill Self told ESPN that Silvio De Sousa has completed the coursework that will enable him to graduate and report to KU. Eligible to practice immediately and will report to Kansas on the 26th. Still needs to get through NCAA amateurism process.

Good win for UCLA. Kentucky's teams seem to be getting younger and younger. It's just too difficult to win without Jr or Sr's.

only quality win UCLA had in the OOC so nice to see. Especially after blowing the lead at Michigan and nearly again in the last win.

UK is young but basically their issue is their freshmen just aren't as good this year, Knox and Diallo are good but they're not at the level of some of the 1 and dones Cal has had in recent years

Great win for @USC_Hoops over @NMStateMBB. Bennie Boatright 33 with 6 3s. Diamond Head tourney was season changing for both. USC needed this before Pac12 and if Aggies can get in, they will be dangerous in field. Long, athletic and active.
