Reminder last year in a game against Oregon, Metu tried to trip Chris Boucher when Metu was on the bench, he stuck his foot out as Boucher ran by.

And then he slapped an Oregon guard very hard on the back intentionally.

I like the stripped of captaincy part of this but 1/2 game? that's preposterous, he's a junior, a team captain and this is at least his 3rd offense in the last 2 seasons and this doesn't include him after a game last year getting into it with a fan, a story that never hit the mainstream media but has been confirmed by even USC fans.

The kid he hit is a soph guard from Indiana, he lit up UCLA in the 2nd half of their loss and was talking nonstop to the UCLA players, so my guess is he was doing the same thing against USC, but still you don't punch the kid in the nuts.
