KFFL says that Colvin had a good visit with New England and is negotiating with the Pats.Tampa Bay has jumped back into the Dexter Jackson sweepstakes.I think Colvin and Jackson are gone.Hugh Douglas says between KC or Seattle for him.Maybe Holliday is still a option.Griese is supposed to be talking with the Bears.

5:49 PT: Tom Kowalski reports for mlive.com the Detroit Lions may now be targeting free agent Al Singleton (Bucs) as their main free agent target at linebacker. Singleton reportedly replaces free agent LB Rosevelt Colvin (Bears) as the No. 1 linebacker on Detroit's list. The two reasons are: Singleton will come at a cheaper price and the Lions believe Singleton could be a better fit for the defense than Colvin.

1:03 PT: Tom Curran, of the Providence Journal, reports free agent LB Rosevelt Colvin (Bears) met with the New England Patriots over the weekend and the meetings went exceedingly well. The meetings went so well, in fact, that the two sides were still trying to work out a deal as of Monday evening.


But Graves said per AZCentral today that he is encouraged by his converstations with Colvin's agent. I have a feeling we are getting kicked to the curb.
