I think it's crazy that the Comp picks for 2 diversity employees leaving for HC or GM are 3rd rounders for 3 drafts. Crazy.

I wish someone would have hired VJ as HC and Adub for GM.
It's usually only successful teams that have coordinators/front office hired away for headcoach/GM roles. It creates a major advantage for teams that are already successful, that will result in snowball effect for even more picks.

Glad we have no 7th round picks. I hate 7 round picks, with the exception of having the very last pick, Mr Irresponsible.

Ergo: an incentive to be successful.

And if the previous regime had not thrown away draft picks on trades for guys like Mullen, Ford and Anderson, we would have even more draft capital to work with.
Still can't believe how bad our previous GM was at his job
The idiots at local radio, pumped the idiot GM as if he is the next coming of Dick Haley. Gross.

interesting for the 49ers

a really good roster, but how many of the 11 make the roster?

there is a practical limit on how many rookies you can evaluate in a single training camp.

Well over the next few years they have the option to replace practically all of their aging special teamers with top 100 picks. They are going to be the deepest team in the league by far.

Great problem to have. Or they can use them to trade up
i think thats what they do to get the number down

there are only so many roster spots, only so much time in OTA and training camp.

historic odds say of those 11: 2 or 3 of them can play. The hard part is that finding the 2 or 3 out of the 11 in a relatively short amount of time

Correct me if I'm wrong but was this not known for sometime now?

Many sites have a pretty good handle on the formula used to distribute Comp picks and do a very good job of predicting who will get what. This is the Official list of comp picks.
