Once again, the light at the end of the tunnel turns out to be another freaking train.

I almost didn't reup my season tickets this year for the first time since 1993. And, now, I wish hadn't.

Even in a best case scenario a rookie coming off a broken leg in week 10 isn't going to have any impact on anything other than maybe getting himself into game shape by the time the season ends and that is assuming there are no set backs or re-injuries along the way.

It's a lost year for Cooper unfortunately. At least it happened very early. The team is probably going to be pretty bad. Let the guy fully heal and let's see what he has in 2014. Maybe throw him in the last two games if SEA and SF already have playoff seeds sewn up.

I mostly agree. If we are in contention (excuse me .... :biglaugh: ) then we have done well enough with out him, so let him sit. If we suck, I can't see why you put him out there this year.

Sit 'em. Try to reload him for next year. :(

Palmer is going to get murdered. I am concerned about our O-line depth. Potter was getting absolutely manhandled out there by scrubs trying to make the SD roster. If we win less than 6 games perhaps we could draft another O-lineman early and have ourselves a treat of having two 1st round O-lineman to start on our line when Cooper comes back in 2014.

I was bummed out enough when I saw the final score while on a break at work. Told a co-worker 'as long as no one got hurt, I can live with it.'
Get home and check the Cards website: BANG!

I'm bummed. I'm saddened. I'm depressed. In season, I'm not used to feeling this way till Monday rolls around.

It just is unfair, we never get any good luck.

Well, time to see how much the coaches truly like Fanaika. Colledge will likely slide back to LG and Fanaika will be RG methinks.

This franchise was only allotted a brief stint if good luck for it's entire life as a franchise... We had it with Warner at the helm. That's it. Never before and never since... I think we all just need to suck it up and face that reality. If we ever become a .500 team again (don't see that happening for a very long time), that will be our merciful dose of good luck , for which we should all get on vended knee and thank God for his mercy and grace...

That is a damn shame.

He will heal and come back even stronger and with better technique.

Sucks we will have to wait a whole year to see him play again.

Daryn College to left guard and Paul Fanaika to right guard.

As for depth? Don't know yet.
