Gotta love Corey Chavous' passion for the draft and the way he trusts his own eyes...whether you agree with his choices or not. He had a great Q & A yesterday with Mike Florio---did you catch it on PFT?

Loved what he had to say about T Riley Reiff---and I must say that as I have watched a good deal of tape on the top tackle prospects, Reiff is the one who stands out to me.

While I think Richardson is a stud---I do not think he is the best player in the draft. But, who knows?

I don't think that RBs have the value that they used to now that the NFL has become such a pass fest---

Today I think teams would rather have a stud WR than a stud RB.

Corey is a draftnik. He was one even when he was a player. Interesting that he doesn't have Courtney Upshaw on his list.

Corey Chavous has been a draft fanatic for years. He was even doing this during his playing years.

What do you think are the chances one of the tackles falls to #13. We know Luck is going to the Colts so it's really what the other 11 teams will do between us and the Colts. Do three of those teams really need a tackle or is there a real chance one can fall to #13?

Reiff over Kalil? Joe Thomas vs Levi comparison. Richardson the best player in the draft? wow.

Coples is one of the interesting guys to me.

But he tanked for the season last year, which isn't good.

He could be another Alden Smith if he wants it though. And he might want it badly at first. Tough call.

And look who's sitting right at 13.

Every time I think of Kirkpatrick, or Claiborne play with PP7 it sounds like a good idea.

He's a pot head. Will he study? He'll need to.

Will he be constantly motivated, or up and down?

The vets on the D will make sure he will at first, but then it's on him.
They had mixed results with DRC at best.

Probably not, but like most pot heads, he'll think he's brilliant. ;)

P.S. The charge was dropped

I agree with Richardson but Luck is 1a at QB. Luck lost stock this year but He is still as close to a sure thing as QB's get.

Richardson a better or higher rated prospect than Luck? :biglaugh::biglaugh: WTF ever. I'm glad Corey doesn't work in the Cards scouting dept. Maybe Corey is really RG's son.
