Not sure whether to congratulate you for finally trying to back up something you said, or point out that when someone posts a similar "rap sheet" for Randy Moss you deny everything on the sheet.


FYI you forgot to mention that Favre was furious with Esquire for that article because the title appeared NOWHERE in Favre's autobiography and even Esquire admitted that Favre had never once uttered the words "Vicodin, rehab, and beer. Hey, it won me a Super Bowl" during his interview with Esquire. Esquire eventually admitted they had invented the title to be controversial and put an apology to Favre in a later magazine. The same magazine article had a picture of a vicodin that said "vicodin-yum" in the heading for the picture. They apologized for that as well and admitted it was a cheap shot at Favre.

Anybody who knows anything about addictions knows it's not pretty and the stuff Favre reveals in his book shouldn't surprise anybody.

But at least I now know where you got the idea that Favre said drinking and drugs won him the Superbowl,from that title of the article in Esquire which in fact was not quoting Favre at all and they've admitted that in print.

I don't consider a player who uses drugs and alcohol to be great. Because he never duplicated those great numbers again like in his booze and drug years.

96 he was sober and in fact duplicated those numbers.

Holmgren has done virtually nothing in SEA. Last year they made the playoffs AFTER he was stripped of the GM. Did you miss that.
Wolf was the man in GB.

So what happens this year if Holmgren and Seattle beat us twice this year to even up his record at 8-8 with DG - plus the Super Bowl Rings - and completely revamping the Pack from the worst team in the NFL to a powerhouse (as opposed to Switzer who took a dynasty and flushed it down the toilet) - at that point what does DG have to stand on as far as him being better than Holmgren?

I've thought of putting VF on "ignore" a couple of times, but the problem is that he has so many rediculous posts that I almost look forward to what sort of insanity he'll spew next. Fact: The highest level of achievment in the NFL is building a continual winner and then ultimatley winning a Super Bowl Ring.

Fact: DG coached a continual winner and went to the NFC championship game twice and lost both times.
Fact: Mike Holmgren coached a continual winner, went to the NFC Championship game three time, was 2-1 and won a Super Bowl ring.

All you got is 6-8 - and sadly after this year, I fear you won't even have that.
At least I'll still be here when DG is gone - Thank God I can't say the same for you.

honestly - I was banned - and I agreed with it - something you have failed to do because, well - you are you. And I don't care what's private - when you start giving free lessons on how to break back into the board - personally I think the board family should know about it. These people are my friends - sure we got at each other once in a while - but we're all CARDINAL fans as opposed to you - and when an outsider like NEM or you talks about breaking back in - well - you should know who you're talking to.
