Could I Run for 100yds Against this Defense?

I am 44 5-10 200 and when I was still alive I was pretty quick. What do you think the odds are that I could rush for 100 yds against this Steeler West Defense? The Eagles were without a QB today but their defense had pride and played tough resulting in a close score. Not so with the Cards who make every 3rd string RB look like Barry Sanders.

Oh, and yes. You could. You could probably get 100 yards walking against this defense. Screw rushing...save your energy!

I forgot to say that I run 3.25 miles on the treadmill 3-4 times a week in 30 minutes. So I think my training program will give me that extra burst late in the game when the Cards defenders are winded or disinterested.
