Rookie @ClaytonKeller37 also finished the season with 42 assists, which tied linemate @DerekStepan21 for the team lead. So, technically, Keller led the @ArizonaCoyotes in all three major offensive categories - goals/assist/points.

23 points in their first 41 games, but 47 in their second 41.

Everyone seems to be pretty excited about the turnaround and it does seem like things did start to come together with the new year.

Coyotes GM John Chayka reiterated that D Niklas Hjalmarsson (core) Jakob Chychrun (“significant knee injury” will require surgery), Jason Demers (hand) and F Christian Dvorak (back) should all be ready for camp. Derek Stepan played through a foot injury.

Derek Stepan is wearing a boot on that aforementioned right foot. He said it happened late in the season at Colorado. Called it a fracture.
