Game one will be Thursday at 7:00PM. Below is the schedule:

Thursday, April 12, 2012 7:00PM NBC Sports Network, TSN
Saturday, April 14, 2012 7:00PM NBC Sports Network, TSN
Tuesday, April 17, 2012 6:00PM CNBC, TSN
Thursday, April 19, 2012 5:00PM CNBC, TSN
*Saturday, April 21, 2012 7:00PM NBC Sports Network, TSN
*Monday, April 23, 2012 TBD TBD
*Wednesday, April 25, 2012 TBD TBD

If Jonathan Toews doesn't play in this series, I will feel much better about the chances of the Coyotes advancing. He's been out for 20 games with a concussion and he thinks he will be ready for this series.

The Coyotes are going to have to get their power play going and the good news is the Blackhawks are ranked 27th in penalty kills.

Eh, that doesn't surprise me. My guess is that many of those guys pay little attention to the Coyotes and they see the stupid Blackhawks as a safe pick.

Hate the Blackhawks.

At least we don't get to lose to Detroit again this year.

How deep of a Playoff run do the 'Yotes have to make to really drum up some ownership interest? 2nd round? Conference Finals?

Wouldn't be awesome if they went all the way or even just to the Stanley Cup Finals? That would be a truly bizarre and cool story.

Right now I'm just hoping to see them finally get past the first round.

Ugghh more of this white out crap. Way to keep a Winnipeg tradition. No wonder AZ has a hard time identifying with this team.

Team colors are white and red. I personally prefer red but I get it.

as someone who experienced the whiteout when the yotes first moved to phoenix i have to say i'm surprised at the anger it inspires. yeah, it was a winnipeg tradition, but the team moved to phx leaving winnipeg with no team, so the tradition moved with it. it was cool. i mean, i got shivers the first time i entered AWA back in the day and saw the white ice surrounded by the whiteout. i loved it.

It's because of the last couple of years and the taunting we've taken from opposing fans/media that it's doesn't serve a point anymore.

I was at some of the early whiteouts too and they rocked! Personally, I like it, but I'd also like to see them change it up and switch to a blackout and wear the alt home jerseys.

It isn't even a Winnipeg invention really as they were just responding to Calgary's "C of Red"

If we wanted to be really innovative, we'd all take two shirts. In the periods when our goalie is facing you, you'd wear white and in the periods when the other team's goalie is facing you, you'd wear black. (Make it easier for our guy to see the puck and hard for their guy.)

Got home late and turned on the game.... it's freakin blacked out!!!! In Albuq, 400 miles away??? a playoff game???... you gotta be kidding me. No wonder the NHL has such a hard time, they don't even have the playoffs where everyone can see them.

Why is Phoenix such a choker sports town? The Suns, Cards like to pull this kind of crap as well. :(

That wasn't a choke.. It was a lucky bounce of the post to the open side... Right place, right time for the hawks player..

Yotes just couldn't get it out of their zone.

ESPN is so unbelievable

On their NHL main page, headlines:

Sharks win in overtime/ Blackhawks too.

and then:

Hanzal's OT goal lifts Blackhawks in Game 1.

Really?

:bang:

That's pretty pathetic. One mistake...ok...it happens. But two?
