So now it is DD vs Lilly for game 2 tonight. If I am Melvin, I am telling Owings to be ready for long relief as necessary. If we get the unstable DD tonight, don't go with him for 4 innings. Yank him early. If we get the "on" DD, then we are looking good...

Couldn't disagree with you more. Owings is our 3rd best pitcher and we can't waste his start for long relief if Davis lays an egg. The ball in that situation would go to Cruz. The key to this series is how well Davis and Livan pitch

Pretty funny that they're complaining about the homer groundskeeping.

Wrigley is the biggest homer park on earth, for years the infield grass there was like 10 inches tall.
