Draft Man
Greg Williams and Chuck Pagano would be my picks.
I see what you are saying, but if you look farther than the average rank, over the course of their career you will see that Nolan had a bottom half of the league defense pts wise , in 9 of those years and Capers only had a bottom half defense in 7 years. Further, Capers has had 6 years where his defense was top 5 pts allowed compared to Nolan only twice. Not sure I agree! Here’s the dater:

Based on these facts and Pagano’s limited DC experience, I’d lean toward Nolan first, then Capers, and lastly Pagano.
Dom Capers is still alive? LOL...
Capers is 68 and Wade Phillips 71.Dude is like 95 years old
What is Ray Horton up to these days? I loved our defense under him.
who cares? defense was awesome under himInflated ego.
Ray Horton created a semi ruckus outside Cardinals facility when head coaching job was not offered in 2013. I highly doubt Horton is even under consideration given the exit circumstances.who cares? defense was awesome under him
Cardinals may not have a choice.Dom Capers sucks.
water under the bridge. aggressive 3-4 defense is exactly what this team needsRay Horton created a semi ruckus outside Cardinals facility when head coaching job was not offered in 2013. I highly doubt Horton is even under consideration given the exit circumstances.
I could be wrong but I thought Horton ran a 4-3, and Bowles switched it up to a 3-4. I thought people were frustrated about the switch at the time. Could be wrong, just what I remember.water under the bridge. aggressive 3-4 defense is exactly what this team needs
That bridge is gone.water under the bridge. aggressive 3-4 defense is exactly what this team needs
You couldn't tell because green Bay defense has been quite outside of their linebackerDom Capers is still alive? LOL...

3/3
Based on these facts and Pagano’s limited DC experience, I’d lean toward Nolan first, then Capers, and lastly Pagano.
No switch. Horton ran a form of steelers 3-4. Bowles more or less the same.I could be wrong but I thought Horton ran a 4-3, and Bowles switched it up to a 3-4. I thought people were frustrated about the switch at the time. Could be wrong, just what I remember.
I’ll take him over Capers, Pagano, and Nolan any day. You want those re-treads?Horton ran a 3-4 and has barely remained employed since. Let's stop that love affair now
