Fans were really booing Butler after his crappy 28 yd punt. Makes no sense having him on the team.

I very rarely boo a cardinal, but I was so frustrated I joined in on that punt

I'm sure most fans didn't go to the game waiting for their chance to boo the punter, especially in a game we won,,, but BA brought it on Butler!

It's simple; he's not good at punting! Everyone can see he's not good, it's very very obvious, yet BA keeps standing on the podium telling us he's great and running him back out there. He is clearly pressing, the crowd is on him, I feel bad for the kid in a way. Seriously the whole situation is just bizarre and baffling right now. I don't understand why he's still our punter. Is it purely to not switch holders?

Also, it's not just Butler, our punt coverage unit is awful as well. Even when Butler hits the occasional decent punt, there is almost always room for a return. The ST's this season are a disaster!

Let's not forget the fun we had to start the season with our long snapper Canaday! I still can't believe how awful our special teams have been all season. Incredible...

that 4th&1 on our own territory with less than 4 minutes in the game could mean Arians lost his pacience on Butler?

Thats the thing: specialists traditionally have a special selection process.

For years, this selection process has been based more on "who you know" rather than performance... I know/and know of a few specialists who have played in/are playing in the league; they all tell me its about "connections."

BA has allegiance to Amos, who most likely has his allegiances to an unknown amount of other "personal trainers/coaches" whom "specialize" in "specialties."

I am not condemning the whole system, but rather pointing out how this system may be hamstringing our team... Butler is effin trash.
