I refuse to go to ESPN boards. This game is awful. 99 pitches for Haren and he goes a whole four innings. He leaves allowing only two runs and it should have been more. More disturbing is that the D-backs can't get ANYTHING going off a pitcher with an ERA over 12!!! Grace and Sutton are discussing WHAM! now, that's when you know things are bad!

Starter goes 4 innings. Bring in reliever, gets 4 outs (because of error), throwing thirteen pitches. Spot would be due up next inning. What do you do?

A) Leave in reliever for another inning

B) Bring in another reliever, double switch with last out (Ojeda for Eckstein) to keep options open

C) Bring in another reliever, no double switch.

Now they have to get two scoreless innings out of Qualls and/or Slaten, Rauch or Lyon.

Look at the D-backs dugout, it looks like a morgue. What a defeated uninspired bunch.

There is no way that a batter should be out after a shortstop butches a ball like Ochoa did. Tracy, you lazy BUM. A 7-pitch inning for Romo, amazing.
