Lol Luka played 44min keep that up Kidd see how that works out for tubby! They threw their best at us tonight and lost I can’t see it getting much better from them. What are they gonna do hit 20-30 3 pointers? Is that the game plan lol go ahead and run your best player in the ground not gonna work with him jogging the ball. It’s asinine that he did not get called for a foul until 17 sec left in the game, he bangs into people on offense travels left and right and they called nothing all night?

They might have just played their best game of the series and still lost! I’d be willing to bet Luka not getting 45 again in this series! The hit a ton of 3s and still lost, Chris Paul had very few assists and we still put up 121. I mean seriously when was the last Suns game where CP3 had 3 assists? They don’t match up with us and Ayton needs to keep getting fed the whole game not just the first half!
He probably won't score 35+ again this series

Compared to the Pelicans series, that game was relaxing to watch. The Mavs shot out of their minds from 3 in the first half just to stay respectable. They never threatened the Suns, the final score is deceptively close.

Ayton could score 40 pts every game in this series if we had to have him do that. But we don't.

Guuulp… ok, Suns in 4! o_O
We could do so and I still wanna keep em held to high standards... Things great teams do. That's like the Popovich stuff of the past...that dude was relentless on his team when they were up or won a game. Never understood that when I was younger...now, I do. Things winners do. When you win, treat it as a loss.

Don’t chillax that much. Suns in 5. We just have great matchups in this series and are healthy again. That wasn’t the case against the Pels.
It’s amazing how much of an impact the Cam’s can have when they’re hitting their shots.
If that continues and Crowder can just do enough to not be a negative, the Mavs really won’t have a chance at all.
But I don’t like the way the Suns lost that 4th quarter. I hope Monty and the leaders on the team call out that ish and ensure it doesn’t happen again!

Yes, to me this felt like the first time I was watching Phoenix Suns basketball this post season. I don’t know what that first round was but it was ugly and nerve wrecking for 48 minutes of every game. (But for real, kudos to the Pelicans, they matched up extremely well against us, especially when we were missing Book)

But yeah tonight’s game honestly felt over about 4 minutes into the game lol So refreshing :)

This game reminded me so much of Suns vs Spurs. We were so dependent on Nash and would have to scrape for everything much like Luka and his Mavs. The Spurs would pick us apart, with a well oiled offense, dominate the paint, and hit timely threes.

One thing to watch for, Dallas is way overplaying Chris Paul so he can't get to his patented right elbow fadeaway jumper. They're forcing him to go left and shoot drifting left instead of right.

Yes, Chris Paul has never seen that kind of defense before. :)

Chris Paul played less tonight because Cam Payne played well.

I don't recall the Spurs going into full brick mode for the majority of the fourth quarter in a playoff game.

Suns are now 51-0 after leading after three quarters.

And that is why I am not panicking about not blowing them out in the 4th. We are more clutch than any Suns' team I have ever seen and I have been a huge Sun's fan since I started following them as a teenager back in 68. (Our first Pro team in AZ.) This team has IT. Lord, just let me see one Suns' NBA Championship.

The same here. I want to see at least one Suns championship in my lifetime.
