I had recorded every episode of the show, but I didn't start watching them until last week. It's easily my favorite show on TV right now. I can't wait to watch the last two episodes I haven't seen yet tonight.

If Ted Danson doesn't win an Emmy for his performance in this show, it's a crime against TV. The guy is just killing it in every scene he's in.

15 minutes left in this week's episode and it just gets better and better.

How badly would TV suck during the summer if it wasn't for the cable channels? I definitely agree with you about Ted Danson, Cheese. Of course the Emmys are the people who did not even nominate Lost or Friday Night Lights for best drama this year.

I am so hooked on this show.

Keeps getting juicier! Just watched last weeks episode. Loving it. Not having deep thoughts enough to go to the website or anything, but for escapist entertainment, this is the best show going.

Wow, we are getting soooooooo close to the end I think. Only a month left.

This episode was great...how freaking tense can they make this show? What's his name looking for blood at Patty's apartment? Man...

The plot has been absolutely outstanding and deep.

Damn this show is great.

I think I've said it before, but I'll say it again. This is my favorite show on TV right now. I can't believe more people don't know about it. Of course it will slip to second tonight when Friday Night Lights starts, and it will be third in January with the beginning of Lost.

The show is alright, I guess. It wouldn't rank as one of my favorites, but I still dvr it. It was a little slow for awhile, but it picked up pace recently. I do remember reading that this will only run one season.

I heard that Fox is not sure they are going to bring back Damages next year. I also heard that the writers actually changed many of their original ideas as the season progressed... including the identity of the killer.

I have to say, I hope they don't bring it back...because this show is much better as one long 13 episode series.

Last night's episode was freaking awesome...I was so blown away...as was someone else :)

Simply outstanding acting on all fronts...and tense.

The scenes in the "present" with Patty driving, the yellowish hue, the erie soundtrack...just perfect.

I like the twists like the shot of Patty's shoe one week leading us to believe one thing and then an update the following showing us exactly what happened and its something completely different. Good stuff. 2 more weeks! And god I hope they dont bring it back either. It'll turn into another Prison Break

I can see them brining it back with a different story. Like 24 does every year, though hopefully less repetitive. But the current story arc has to end this season. I would not want to see anything unresolved.

If you have DTV and the newer HD DVR, they released FX HD today, meaning Damages SHOULD be in High-Def this week.

so, thanks to a killer hangover and a well timed marathon, I got completely caught up yesterday and today! This show is just great - I thought that it drifted a little in the middle (but that may have been because I was watching 5 hours straight of it) but even then, it's just top notch writing, performances, direction, design... seriously impressive. Can't wait for the finale on Tuesday. Does anyone know if it's commercial free? 1 or 2 hours?

It runs like 1:05 on Tuesday, no clue if commercial free, I doubt it.

Sadly, FX doesn't seem to have their collective HD-asses in gear, so none of them have been in HD yet, so that sucks.

I'm praying for them to somehow work things out by Tuesday.

If the show gets canceled I'm rolling my wheelchair off a cliff. Three of my four favorite shows on TV it seems our own constant deathwatch. This is just a great show.

uh Mike, there was an article in the LA Times today that said it's still TBD and it looks like it's on the chopping block. This thing hasn't gotten renewed yet, even the people at Sony (who's producing my boss' pilot) don't know if it's gonna get a second season yet.

Well, the TV guide guy said it, not me anyways :)

But it wasn't the only article that day reporting the info, so we'll see. I hope it gets picked up.

Tonight's finale was awesome and the setup for the next season great.

it would be a crime against TV if this show isn't brought back for a second season. That's all it needs - just one more season.

Just a sick, sick, sick, sick show. Again, everything from the writing to the acting to the direction to the cinematography to the score to the soundtrack - it was ALL just note perfect.
