D'Antoni status according to ESPN

Mike D'Antoni. He is probably safe beyond this year in Phoenix. He'll get a Duvalieresque contract for life if he can coerce Kobe to the Valley of the Sun this summer. Short of that, the Suns are rebuilding (again) and D'Antoni is under contract beyond this season. So was Frank Johnson.

From ESPN on coach's status for remainder of the year! They do not note the Suns are looking at European players and this is supposed to be Mike's speciality. I would assume that would help his tenure, too!

Considering the Suns already have Carbakapa, Lampe, and Barbosa; plus they are likely to add Vujanic - the ability to coach international players is a real plus even if they don't draft another.
